The first part of the session will entail verbal facilitation. We bring up specific energy blockages, follow the energy, and clear the layers energetically. Following the coaching facilitation, I will transition you to the practice of energetic body processes. Here you move to a massage table, fully clothed, where you can let go and enjoy the experience of energy work. Many people describe the experience of energy work as feeling very relaxing and creating a deep sense of calm.
Access Bars
The Bars are a series of 32 points on the head, which when lightly touched release old energies stuck in the brain and the body, allowing for tremendous and easy change. Releasing stuck energy is like deleting old files off of your computer. You have more space to create something new and wonderful.
